Unfortunately, it is not possible to change your address after you have placed your order. If Swiss Post or UPS cannot find your address, your parcel will be returned to us. In this case, please contact our support team and write your correct address directly in the mail.
As soon as the parcel is returned to us, we will organize a new shipment.
Please note that it may take several weeks for your parcel to be returned.
It is therefore essential that you always check your order and delivery address before you validate the order.
