If you selected a tracked shipping option, you will also receive a tracking number to follow your package’s journey.

📠Without tracking
If you selected shipping without tracking, no tracking number will be available. Your order is simply on its way to your mailbox.
🚨 Still nothing after 14 days?
Email us at support@stickerkid.com—we’ll be happy to look into it for you. After this period, the package is considered delivered and accepted.
If your package is returned to us (wrong address, unclaimed, unpaid import fees), return and reshipment fees may be charged.
Important: Our team will do its best to assist you, but we have no control over the delivery process. Stickerkid is not responsible for delays or issues caused by the carrier, which operates under its own terms and conditions. For shipments without tracking, our ability to investigate is more limited.
