- Create a Stickerkid account so that you can recover your order if your payment did not work.
- Most banks require that you confirm the payment on your e-banking app. Don't miss this step.
- Verify that your web browser is up-to-date (we recommend Google Chrome or Firefox)
- Try using an alternative payment method available on the store.
- Try from another device.
If your payment is not accepted, we will send you a cancellation email and all pending payments will be refunded by your banking service.
