We have tried to make our online shop as user-friendly as possible, but occasionally, some issues may occur.
Following the below steps usually resolve any issues relating to vouchers:
- Enter the code in the "discount code" field and not in the "gift card" field when you’re on the shopping cart page.
- Enter the discount code, making sure there are no empty spaces either before and after.
- Check the expiry date of the discount code (if it has already expired, please get back to us).
- Only one discount code can be redeemed per order.
We sincerely hope that you’re now able to place the order successfully, using these tips. However, if you’re still experiencing difficulties, please don’t place the order just yet, but wait until the code has been successfully applied. This is because it’s unfortunately not technically possible for us to credit the discount, after the order has been placed.
