- Text
- Font Type
- Background colour and font colour
- Icon
The colors you chose are not compatible with each other
It might be that you have selected an invalid color combination. Some color combinations can’t be printed together for quality reasons.
We’re still missing a file for your photo labels
In case you ordered photo labels and forgot to upload a photo, the system may view this as an empty personalisation.
You might be experiencing some issues with your web browser
If this isn’t the case, we would ask you to try again with a different browser (preferably on a computer), since on mobile devices, such as tablets or cell phones, problems can occur occasionally.
